We want you to be completely happy with your order fromGrey Caboose Quilting. Every spool of thread we send out is packed with care, but if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Our Promise to You
All our products come with the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). That means if something you buy from us has a major problem (for example, it’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered), you’re entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.
Change of Mind
Because sewing threads are a consumable product, we’re not able to accept returns if you simply change your mind or pick the wrong colour.
Please double-check your cart before checking out — and if you’re unsure about a shade, feel free to message us first! We’re happy to help.
Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no! We’re so sorry that’s happened. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know:
Your order number
A short note about the issue
A photo of the item (if possible)
Once we’ve had a look, we’ll organise a replacement, refund, or store credit — and of course, we’ll cover any postage costs if it was our mistake.
How to Return an Item
If we ask you to send something back:
We’ll give you a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.
Pop the item back in its original packaging (if possible).
Send it to the return address we provide.
Tip: Use a trackable service just to be safe!
Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll send you a quick update.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days.
